Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of payment, service status, and admin review. Last updated: 6 July 2026.

Partner registration

Business Partner registration and workspace activation are free unless a different amount is clearly shown on the live registration page at the time you sign up. No refund applies to free registration.

Optional premium subscription

Premium partner features (such as higher commissions and team bonuses) are available through an optional paid subscription described in the dashboard. Premium payments are generally non-refundable once access is granted for the paid period, unless required by applicable law or explicitly approved in writing by ZynkMoney support.

Service & third-party fees

Fees paid for third-party services (GST, MSME, loans, etc.) follow the respective provider's policy. ZynkMoney facilitates applications but does not control provider refunds.
