Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of payment, service status, and admin review. Last updated: 1 August 2026.

Partner registration

Partner account activation is completed during signup. There is no separate registration-fee checkout, so no registration-fee refund applies.

Optional premium subscription

Premium partner features (such as higher commissions and team bonuses) are available through an optional paid subscription described in the dashboard. Premium payments are generally non-refundable once access is granted for the paid period, unless required by applicable law or explicitly approved in writing by ZynkMoney support.

Service & third-party fees

Fees paid for third-party services (GST, MSME, loans, etc.) follow the respective provider's policy. ZynkMoney facilitates applications but does not control provider refunds.
