By registering as a ZynkMoney Business Partner or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. Last updated: 6 July 2026. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Program overview (2026 updates)

• Free registration: creating and activating a Business Partner account is free unless we publish a different fee in writing on the registration page.
• Optional premium: Optional premium tools · ₹699 Premium features, pricing, and benefits are described in the dashboard and may change with notice.
• ZynkCoins: engagement rewards credited for qualifying activities (such as daily tasks). ZynkCoins are not cash until claimed into your withdrawal wallet at the published conversion rate. Product commissions remain separate from ZynkCoin rewards.
• Public content: we publish guides, blog articles, and programme information on our public website to help partners and visitors understand the platform.

Partner status

Partners are independent referrers and facilitators — not employees, agents, or representatives of ZynkMoney. You are responsible for your own taxes, compliance, and honest marketing.

Eligibility & KYC

• You must provide accurate registration details and complete KYC when required for withdrawals.
• One person may hold only one active partner account unless approved in writing.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misrepresentation, or policy violations.

Leads & commissions

• Commissions are earned only on eligible, successfully approved products or services per published catalog rules.
• Illustrative calculators, blog examples, and marketing content do not guarantee income or approval.
• Duplicate, fake, or misleading leads may be rejected without commission.
• Referral, team, and premium team rewards follow programme terms shown in your dashboard.

ZynkCoin rewards

• ZynkCoin earn rates, minimum claim thresholds, and INR conversion rates are set by ZynkMoney and may change.
• Claiming ZynkCoins credits your withdrawal wallet in INR at the rate displayed at the time of claim.
• ZynkCoins have no cash value outside the platform and may be adjusted, reversed, or expired for fraud, errors, or policy violations.

Wallet & withdrawals

Earnings are credited to your partner wallet subject to verification. Withdrawals require completed KYC, valid payout details, applicable fees/TDS, and admin review. Half KYC and full KYC (with approved PAN) may follow different fee and TDS rules as shown in the wallet. ZynkMoney may hold or reverse credits in case of disputes or chargebacks.

Public website advertising (Google AdSense)

Selected public pages of zynkmoney.com (such as the partner programme landing page, blog, FAQ, about, and knowledge content) viewed in a normal web browser may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense. AdSense applies to the website in a browser only — not to our mobile apps. These ads help support free public content. Ads are not shown on logged-in dashboard screens, authentication flows, or other non-content utility pages.

Your use of public pages is also subject to Google's terms and our Privacy Policy regarding cookies and advertising data. ZynkMoney is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Mobile app advertising (Google AdMob) — apps only

When you use the official ZynkMoney Android mobile app (not the website in a browser), we may display advertisements through Google AdMob, including banner ads and rewarded video ads. AdMob is only for our mobile applications and is separate from AdSense on the public website.

• Some partner features in the app — such as daily claims, daily tasks, and certain downloads — may require watching a full rewarded video ad before the action completes.
• Closing or skipping an ad early means the reward is not granted and the linked feature does not proceed.
• Ad availability and completion are determined by Google and the app; ZynkMoney does not guarantee that an ad will always be available.

By using the mobile app, you also agree to Google's applicable advertising terms. See Privacy Policy for how AdMob data is handled.

Conduct

You must not guarantee loan approval, misuse customer data, spam, impersonate ZynkMoney staff, or violate applicable laws. Promote products truthfully and obtain customer consent before sharing their information.

Platform changes

We may update products, commission structures, ZynkCoin rules, fees, premium plans, advertising placement, or these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via dashboard, email, or updated legal pages.

Limitation of liability

ZynkMoney provides a technology and referral platform. We do not guarantee third-party product outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid to us in the preceding three months (excluding optional premium or third-party payments).
