Student Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to ZynkMoney for Students — the free student registration, Learn, Earn, Document Vault, wallet, and referral features available at our website and mobile app in India. It supplements our general Privacy Policy where relevant.

Information we collect

• Registration profile: full name, gender, mobile number, email, address (state, district, village, ward, pincode), and optional profile photo.
• Student ID & referrals: your unique student ID, referral code used at signup, and referral relationships for the Refer & Earn program.
• Earn activity: category unlock payments, sell links you generate, leads you submit, commission history, and wallet balance.
• Document vault: files you upload (e.g. certificates, ID copies). Files are encrypted before storage. We do not read vault contents except as needed for security, support, or legal compliance.
• Learn activity: topics viewed, PDF/video access logs, and optional partner-submitted learn content linked to your account.
• Payment & payout data: Razorpay transaction references for category unlocks, UPI ID for withdrawals, and payout records.
• Technical data: device type, browser, IP address, and usage logs for fraud prevention and platform reliability.

How we use information

• Provide your student dashboard, Learn catalog, Earn products, sell links, leads tracking, and wallet.
• Process category unlock payments and credit commissions on eligible successful leads.
• Operate the encrypted document vault and referral rewards program.
• Send service updates, support responses, and important account notices.
• Detect fraud, enforce platform rules, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Sharing & retention

When you share a sell link or submit a lead, customer information is shared with the relevant bank, NBFC, broker, or service provider to process the application you facilitate. We use Razorpay and other payment partners to process unlock fees and payouts. We do not sell personal data. Records are retained as required by law and operational needs.

Document vault

Vault uploads are encrypted using platform-managed keys. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of documents you store. Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or third-party data without consent. We may remove content or suspend access if vault use violates these rules or applicable law.

Your choices

You may update profile details in your dashboard or request correction or account deletion subject to legal and settlement requirements. Contact support@zynkmoney.com.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including encryption for vault documents. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
