Student Terms and Conditions

By registering for ZynkMoney for Students or using the student dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply only to student accounts — business partners are governed by our Partner Terms.

Student status

Students are independent users who may learn about financial products and share sell links to earn commissions. You are not an employee, agent, or representative of ZynkMoney. You are responsible for honest communication and compliance with applicable laws.

Eligibility & account

• Registration is free. You must provide accurate personal and address details.
• One person may hold only one active student account unless approved in writing.
• You must be eligible to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of the vault, or policy violations.

Learn

Learn content (guides, PDFs, videos) is provided for education only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Product rules and approvals are determined by respective providers.

Earn program

• Finance product categories may require a one-time unlock fee (paid via Razorpay) before you can view offers and generate sell links.
• Commissions are earned only on eligible, successfully approved products or services per published student commission rules.
• Illustrative earnings examples do not guarantee income or approval.
• Duplicate, fake, or misleading leads may be rejected without commission.
• You must obtain customer consent before sharing their information and must not guarantee loan or card approval.

Refer & Earn

When the program is enabled, you earn a one-time referral reward when a student you referred closes their first successful product lead. You do not earn additional referral rewards from that same referral on later successful leads. Reward amounts and conditions may change and are shown in your dashboard.

Document vault

The vault lets you store personal documents in encrypted form. You retain ownership of your uploads. Do not store illegal content or others' data without permission. ZynkMoney is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect uploads or sharing your login credentials.

Wallet & withdrawals

Eligible commissions and referral rewards are credited to your student wallet. Withdrawals require valid UPI details, applicable fees or tax deductions where required, and admin review. ZynkMoney may hold or reverse credits in case of disputes, chargebacks, or policy violations.

Category unlock payments

Unlock fees for Earn categories are generally non-refundable once access is granted, unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise in writing.

Conduct

You must not spam, impersonate ZynkMoney staff, misuse customer data, manipulate referrals, or violate applicable laws. Promote products truthfully and respect customer privacy.

Platform changes

We may update products, commission structures, unlock fees, referral rules, or these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via dashboard or email.

Limitation of liability

ZynkMoney provides a technology and referral platform. We do not guarantee third-party product outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid to us in the preceding three months.
